Gentek windows are tested to the rigorous requirements of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) test standards and criteria, as well as certifications from the Insulating Glass Certification Council (IGCC) and the National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC). Using independent testing and certification agencies as well as our own state-of-the-art laboratories, Gentek windows are tested and proven to meet rigorous performance standards.
Energy efficiency is further increased with insulated glass packages featuring Low-E (low- emissivity) glass and the Super Spacer® structural foam spacer system. Optional insulating argon gas2 also increases energy savings year-round – an added value for today’s builders and buyers
